These people can do wonders on computers and know what styles work and don't work. So trust them with your car wrap, but don't let them push you too far away from what you are looking for either.
Re: New York jurors hear Toyota sudden unintended acceleration case

Thats a lie!! If you were able to put the car in neutral but put it in drive instead that would destroy the transmission as the engine revs remained high, as you say because the suv launched forward. In any case you can bump the lever to neutral from Reverse or Drive Hence the PRND standard order, but when switching from neutral to drive or reverse for that matter, the brake pedal MUST be pressed!!! Please don't join this bandwagon, its really old really fast. No wonder all the reports of the incidents came to a screeching halt since the findings by NASA!!

Re: Auto safety group sues NHTSA for withholding Toyota sudden-acceleration report

This lawsuit asks the court to compel the release of documents that are relevant to a significant safety recall.

Re: Judge dismisses first bellwether suit against Toyota over jurisdictional issue

thats cool.. and i dont believe that acceleration problem is some fault in toyota.

Re: Judge likely to rule against Toyota and allow sudden-acceleration trial to go forward

when this evil corporation goes under america will have the last laugh

Re: Electronic causes for sudden acceleration in Toyotas likely, new study finds

if the us government found toyota guilty then there would be a rapid increase in unemployment especailly in georgetown kentucky and other southern states

Re: Judge likely to rule against Toyota and allow sudden-acceleration trial to go forward

ah toyota. blame your loyal consumers for allof your mechanical issues and act like you are innocent. now you send us cars with radioactive parts. i belive toyota is tring to get us back for japans defete in wwii

Re: New York jurors hear Toyota sudden unintended acceleration case

The same thing happened to me except when I put my RX330/2005
into drive. I was still in my underground garage. I crashed into two walls before the car could be stopped

Re: NHTSA says Toyota’s violations amount to $13.8 billion, company may face second fine

According to consumer reports, the earlier
GX460 were little unsafe, but the new 2011 model has come well-appointed with
all the essential standard safety features.

Re: Lexus GX460 flunks Consumer Reports safety test, Toyota suspends sales

From consumer reports it is proved that 2010 Lexus GX460 was unsafe for driving. The minute I placed the car in reverse to back out of the driveway, the car bolted backwards, like a missile, engine roaring and car shaking. I attempted to quickly get the car into neutral but placed it instead in drive..now heading down the driveway toward her house. I drove the car onto the grass to avoid hitting her house (thought I could buy myself some time by driving on the grass) but in a situaiton like I had on my hands, the car was just going faster and faster. I thought I have to stop this thing and saw a tree in the neighbors yard..headed toward it and hit it (on the drivers side) BAM, the car came to a stop and was quiet. I listened for a minute to see if it had indeed stopped and then thanked God for stopping this runaway car. It would probably have gone faster and faster and could have ended with all of us being killed had I not stopped it when I did. I had witnesses all over the cul de sac, workers included, that were working on a driveway that morning. They said it sounded like my engine was going to blow that is how loud it was. I was able to maintain my calmness "in the moment" thank God and brought the car to a stop. The babies were secure in their baby seats. I had minor injuries but was able to walk out of the car with the help of one of the workman. Everyone gathered around my car immediately to help. I blame Toyota for not even letting me know that the car had a potential problem (probably did not want to worry people about their high end Lexus SUV.) All along I thought, well this car does not have that problem because it was not recalled. In the meantime they were gambling with my life and my grandchildrens lives on a daily basis without me even knowing. This is a huge outrage. When I reported it to them, I got practically a form letter back saying they did not find anything wrong with the crashed vehicle. (Gee, what a surprise). I can totally relate to this man in the article. You have to drive one of these missiles to know how it feels. Fortunately, we survided. Some are not that lucky. Toyota basically is taking no responsibility for my "incident" . No floor mat issue in my car (that's rediculous anyway). You would think Toyota would contact me and interview me to see what happened and how to fix the problem. Oh no. They already know what happened and want to sweep this under the rug. This will go down as one of the biggest corporate coverups of all times! Heck, they even invented the lean system, together with those one piece flow simulation guidelines. So definitely, the recent consecutive mass-recalling of vehicles comes to a surprise to everyone, though I'm pretty sure they'll be back on top again sometime soon.

Re: Judge asks lawyers settle Toyota electronic source code issues

Toyota's been slacking around huh.

Re: Lawyers plan to prove NASA’s sudden acceleration report wrong

I was parking, 3/4 of the way into my spot, foot was on the brake and ready to finish the positioning by going forward a few feet. Then, within 2-3 sec. I ran into the front of my bank !!! Foot was still on the brake. I sit still, staring, for a while. Then looked backward checking if safe to back up.I put the Lexus in reverse, looked back again, and frozeup !!! I did not want to take my foot off of the brake to back up. Over 10,000 in repaires, even tho the air bags did not deploy, and the loss of 12--15 Thousand dollars just because the auto can no longer be certified, MRI, epidural pain injections, physical theropy and Pain, depression and I do not like to drive at all any more. Just every 0ne, be very
careful. I WAS LUCKY. I could have been some place that allowed more travel space, and who knows what I could have hit, or who ? I HOPE this will help all. The Lexus is driven only a few miles away form home at any time, and I keep my hand on the keys so if needed I can quickly turn it a click to the left and put it into neutral. I know, I know. I could sell, take a loss and try to forget about the car I was so proud of, but I DO NOT TRUST the car, it will still make little unexpected accelerations.but the brakes will stop them ,so far!!! So how could I possibly turn it over to another person to drive??? I purchased a cheep 20 year old car that is on the ugly side ,it runs fine , breaks well, does not have a hundred bells and whisles, but that is what I drive and I trust it. .
Re: First Toyota sudden unintended acceleration cases will be tried in 2013

I can testify to the fact that something is definitely wrong with the Lexus Toyotas. I had a 2008 RX 350 that accelerated out of control backwards on March 18, 2010. I was taking my two grandchildren over to my house that morning (they were strapped in the backseat in their baby seats) and the car, upon placing in reverse, just shot out of my daughter's driveway like a missile into the cul-de-sac. The car was roaring and actually hard to control..not your normal leisurely backing up process. I had witnesses in the cul-de-sac watching what was going on. I knew I had to try to put the car in neutral if I could, but slipped it into drive in the process of the wild moment, and now was headed down the driveway towards my daughter's house. Instinctively I ran the car onto the grass. At first I thought I would try to buy myself some time and try to stop it, but realized the car was speeding up more and more all the time. I decided to stop the car by hitting a neighbors tree. BAM..thank God it stopped. I was injured but was able to walk out of the crashed vehicles and the babies were still secure in their baby seats..thank heavens. Upon reporting this to Toyota, they sent me what practically amounted to a form letter, telling me they could see no reason for this to happen, so it had to be driver error. What an insult! I could have been killed along with the babies. They should thank me for remaining calm and not panicking and bringing that car to a stop as soon as possible. This will probably go down as one of the biggest corporate coverups in history. It is far from being over.

Re: Guilty to the max: Toyota closes 2010 with 2 more maximum federal fines

These fines are fly swats at a multi-billion/national conglomerate - call it like it is! As may be noted in by analysis of the 1st fine levied - its reletive affect is equivalent to $2.00 per Toy. veh. sold in U.S. in 09'-a pass thru to the customer. with these 2 additional fines, this moves up to $6.00 pass thru, with a back door acquisition of EV battery technology acquired from Tesla-a heavily U.S. Federally subsidized entity.
In internal (Congressional hearings) Toyota bragged about a 95% recall avoidance ($100 mil liability) by only greasing the wheels with 5%...$5mil.A former NHTSA administrator has indicated that the level of fine should have been in the billions; but had been capped by an outdated, currently irrelevant Agency. Congress' ineptness is written all over the failed MV Safety Act of 2010-DOA, as well as Boxer's blowing smoke-NHTSA ethics 10' DOA bill.

The biggest sham: that these "consumer" protection government whatevers are milking the tax payer of wages & benefit packages; while families. loved ones and innocent children that have not even had the chance to develop into corrupt adults...take a good part of the brunt of product defect accidents.

The social contract has been broken/breached between the people of the U,.S. and its government. The punitive damages which ultimately will be shakled to Toyota's neck will ultimately be yet another fly swat, when this conglomerate pilfers the EV pie off of Uncle Sam's kitchen window..while cooling; nothing tastes better than hot, freshly stolen techno pie...especially when taken from an old fool too "stupid" or corrupt to give a damb!

Signed; Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse & Just plain Goofy

Re: 2 dead, 2 injured in Utah Toyota sudden-acceleration crash

I think this is not a fault of Toyota, but the driver.

Re: Toyota settles notorious sudden unintended acceleration case for $10 million

That's really a matter of great hurt for the super Toyota model.
However, I think this time Toyota will be able to capable to make it more managed to its products.
Thanks for this information.

Re: Toyota sudden acceleration defect may exonerate imprisoned man and others

I'm so love this blog, already bookmarked it!
